Teen banned after drink drive spree
A teenage joyrider took a car and crashed it at the Shrimp roundabout whilst over the drink drive limit.
The youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to drink driving, taking a car without consent, failing to stop after an accident and driving without a licence or insurance.
Magistrates disqualified him from driving for 12 months and handed him a 12 month youth rehabilitation order.
He was ordered to pay £100 compensation and £50 court costs.
