Big Dance exhibition in Morecambe
A few years ago a local photographer invited dancers of all ages, abilities and styles, to pop into The Storey in Lancaster for a joyous day of dancing in front of giant illuminated dance letters.
Photographer Jonathan Bean has decided to exhibit the photographs taken on that day for Morecambe Artist Colony in a show called The Big Dance by Johnny Bean at The Stone Jetty Cafe on Morecambe promenade.
The exhibition officially opens tomorrow, (Wednesday) from 6pm - 7.30pm in the cafe, and ties in with the Eden Project Communities Big Walk celebrations, when four walkers will be waved off in style with a community walk along the promenade at 3pm and a community fete from 4.30pm until 7pm.
The exhibition runs from May 16 till late June.
